Welcome to WhiteoutMod. By accessing whiteoutmod.com or playing on our Whiteout Survival private server you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or server.
1. The service
WhiteoutMod is a community-run private server offering an enhanced Whiteout Survival experience, including free VIP 12, faster progression, rewards, gift codes and events. Features, pricing and rewards may change at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to play. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
3. Fair play
Cheating, exploiting bugs for unfair advantage, botting, harassment, and any attempt to disrupt the server or other players are prohibited. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
4. Purchases & rewards
Any recharge offers, discounts and in-game items are provided for use within the private server only and have no real-world monetary value. All sales are final unless required otherwise by law. Reward delivery may take time and is subject to availability.
5. Intellectual property
WhiteoutMod is an unofficial, fan-made private server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the official Whiteout Survival publisher. All game artwork, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, progress or in-game items, or for any downtime. Use of the service is at your own risk.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
